Refund Policy
- Consultations cancelled more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund
- Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled session are non-refundable
- Digital products and downloadable resources are non-refundable once accessed
- Workshop bookings are subject to individual agreement terms
